RENAZA MIXED USE PROJECT
Reneza mixed use project is a multi-purpose building that is located at the intersection of Turan Gunes Boulevard and Dogukent Street in Ankara. With a total of 13.000 sqm construction area, the building consists of 13 floors, 50 residences, 30 office units, 4 stores under the ground and 2 parking floors.
The existence of many functions in the building gave way to the grouping of functional requirements by using diverse volumes. The building is composed of 4 separate volumes that shrinks in terms of mass as it rises to the top. Each mass is cladded with a travertine stone of a different tone. The colors of the travertine gradually change and lighten as the volumes ascend. The changes in size and the colors of the volume adds a rhythm to the façade. The sharp slope of the Dikmen valley in the west side is reflected to the cross-section in order to develop a relationship with the surroundings. Working places are designed in a flexible way; the office rooms can be combined to obtain a large free space. Balconies and terraces that are designed in every floor give way to the integration of green to the built structure.
