The design inspirations of the project mainly stems from the local culture. Local art and geometries are reflected both on the architecture and landscape. A contemporary and rich street shopping experience is developed with the inspirations from local architectural language. The landscape is designed as an extension of the sea and marina, organized with water courts and interactive pools. Cafes and small shops together with tree structures for sun shading allow the creation of a lively and dynamic environment. Moreover, variety of public amenities such as double-sided amphitheatre, public library and co-work space, bookstore and ecological bazaar generate an enriched value for the whole complex.
